Are your jackets returnable?
Denim Pony jackets are non-returnable, however you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving for another jacket available on our website. If there is a price difference you will either be charged or reimbursed the difference. There are no cash refunds.
Custom jackets are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Can I wash my jacket?
Denim Pony jackets are dry clean only.
Why can't you make me a jacket like the one I saw at a pop-up?
Due to the fact that we source vintage pieces for our jackets, each scarf is unique and each jacket is one-of-a-kind. However, feel free to contact us for inquiries regarding a sold out style you may have seen and we may be able to make you a custom jacket depending on our current scarf inventory.
What if my jacket has a small stain/hole?
Some jackets may have minor signs of age due to the fact that we use vintage materials. Signs of wear will be disclosed in the description for each jacket.
Signs of wear may include: shadows from where army patches have been removed, light staining, and small holes or distressed fabric.
These signs of wear come from the vintage nature of our jackets, and we believe add to the unique look and style of each piece.
